A passion that was born as she breathed in the irresistible aroma of pastry in Grandma's kitchen, grew and developed with new fragrances and textures in her travels around Europe and finally became a reality when she set up an artisanal workshop that churns out handmade sweet and savoury biscuits. Bettina's secret lies in her closely-guarded recipes, which are exclusive and original, her careful selection of raw materials and an infinite passion.

The culture of wine, conviviality and togetherness are at the heart of the folklore and culture of the Veneto, which can boast 52 wines with a designation of origin. In a quest to make the perfect snack to accompany an aperitif, Bettina created her line of savoury biscuits, with delicious and unusual recipes which go fabulously with wines and cocktails.
