The Dolcefreddo Moralberti creamy desserts are our pride, because we were able to realize them as close as possible to the original recipe, despite the complexity and the difficulties we encountered. Dolcefreddo Moralberti Tiramisù is our main product, faithful to the Venetian tradition. We solved the fresh egg issue using a cooked egg-based cream with mascarpone, and ladyfingers are manually dipped in a coffee syrup, with a unique result worthy of High Venetian Pastry-making. Dolcefreddo Moralberti Profiteroles obtain their chocolate cover manually. The chocolate cream preserves its characteristics even after 2-3 days after thawed. All Dolcefreddo Moralberti Buffet cakes, being creamy desserts, require thawing and subsequent cold storage at 4°C.
